I think that this is probably the tightest group of Bachelors to date. These guys truly seem to like one another. Gone was the mean finger pointing of the past, no throwing one another under the bus, and instead of elevated macho tempers, we experienced teasing and laughing. Even the dorks looked cute tonight…okay, except for the Weatherman…he still looks like a dork.
Obviously we were missing some of the more contentious house boys….Craig, Frank, Rated R but really they were not truly missed tonight. The re-cap on each was plenty for me and there was nothing that we didn’t already know. Casey is a turbo freak….the kind of guy we teach our daughters to run far, far away from. Can you imagine if suddenly your man broke out in song about a helicopter ride that you were just on? I would put his ass back on the helicopter and send him off. All the replays of him and his ridiculousness rolled into one 2 minute package on tv was one of the more painful moments I have seen to date! Rated-R aka Justin is simply an idiot. He thought he was smarter than all and as a result he is mocked continuously on national television. His bed to lie in! Frank is just a putz. A total metro with weird, wily eyes who rolls a red suitcase and has a penchant for cardigans circa Mr. Rogers, 1974. If he was her Final Choice at heart then she needs to get her giggly ass back to SF where there is a town full of cardigan wearing men. I can’t promise that many of them will be interested in her or her gender, but you know…fish…big pond.
Ummmm…what was the point of (female) Jessie’s visit? She was unforgettable on Jakes season but given a chance to come on to The Men Tell All in front of the “non-picked” hot guys, does her little shimmy “Justin on crutches” impersonation, she is clearly there for the, well, I guess the right reasons. I wonder if she was able to walk away with a souvenir from this show? I think that they were trying to fill 2 hours…this show easily could have been 1!
Ali’s 9 minutes (count ‘em….9) where fun-filled. She looked pretty and was giddy. Casey’s song was a great tension tamer and the guy out-takes were entertaining. Kirt’s profession of thanks to her for showing him that he is indeed ready to grow and find love was nice too. Where am I going with this? All that fluff was about the entire 9 minutes. Nada from Ali. Not even a quick convo re: the 2 remaining guys. I am feeling so skeptical about next week’s Finale :(
Loved the re-cap on both guys but I definitely think Chris L. is the right call. Does the right call always get the Final Rose? I think the fact that there are very few success stories here answers this question. Wait and watch next week…..
Jesse and Gwen? Kiptyn and Tenley? Wes and Gia????? Yipppeeeee….Bring on the Bachelor Pad! Regardless of what happens next week with Chris L. and Roberto, we can all lick our wounds by indulging in this new, sure to be guilty pleasure! And in case you missed it, which my bf did not per her text message to me about what she would like Jesse to do to her, ummmmm Jesse looked SO hot tonight! Eat your heart out Ali!
